Now that Jeff Goldblum has already shared his art, his wisdom and his weirdness with you, he also wants to help you get up in the morning, and use crack to your advantage.
Jeff Goldblum shared a morning workout only his wife has ever seen on Jimmy Fallon’s “Tonight Show”. The moves are intended to get the maximum crack out of your joints and include cracking your neck and pubic bone. Goldblum leads Jimmy through one exercise that begins looking like a salsa move and ends up “half thrust, half Kegel”. Goldblum attested that he gets a great crack in his groin from that one, but I followed along with the video and didn’t have the same results.
Fallon then begged Goldblum to let him talk about the actor’s upcoming film, “Independence Day: Resurgence”.
