Adrien Grenier and Jimmy Fallon Trade Woody Allen Audition Stories
Adrien Grenier is starring as Vincent Chase in the biggest movie of the Summer right now. He stopped by the Tonight Show last night to chat with Jimmy Fallon about Entourage, but also got into swapping stories with Jimmy about auditioning for Woody Allen. They were both reading for small parts in Woody Allen’s 2003 film, Anything Else.
Grenier called Woody ‘interesting.’ He described a scary scene that took place in Woody’s apartment or hotel room. The room was dark, with just a spotlight and he described Woody as scurrying around in the darkness. Fallon’s audition story involved an abandoned warehouse and the line “hows it going.”
Both guys got their respective parts. Congratulations. Oh and then they talked about Entourage too. Something about Mexico, getting the part, yadda yadda yadda. It’s all in the clip.
