Adam Sandler’s The Do-Over is Sandler’s second feature film created exclusively for Netflix as part of his four picture deal. In 2014, Sandler contracted to create, produce and star in four movies for the platform- an industry first. The movie stars Sandler and David Spade along with Paula Patton, Kathryn Hahn, Sean Astin, Catherine Bell, Michael Chiklis, Luis Guzman, Natasha Leggero, Nick Swardson, Torsten Voges, Renee Taylor and Matt Walsh. The movie follows the life of a bank manager whose world is turned upside down when a friend from his past manipulates him into faking his own death and taking off on an adventure
Directed by Steven Brill and written by Kevin Barnett and Chris Pappas, The Do-Over is a Happy Madison Production for Netflix. Adam Sandler, Allen Covert and Kevin Grady are producers.
