Got to see the stadium at the Winter Classic a few years ago, without having to watch the shitty sawx.As a Yankee fan a win-win for me.
Forget The Heat. The Red Sox Streak On The Line.
The Boston Red Sox are struggling to keep their streak of 793 home sellouts alive as the new season arrives, the longest in any of the 4 major sports. The Sox are expecting a slow April and have decided to cut beer prices, do two-for-one hot dogs and hand out free kids meals to get people in the ball park. You would have thought just firing Bobby Valentine would have done that.

I still love the red sox, but they can't possibly think that years of raping us with ticket prices wasn't going to create backlash. Too greedy
The Sox are an absolutely despiseable team. I used to go to 20 games a year. Last year I went to one. And there were plenty of empty seats at that "sellout." And Toronto hit a HR on the first goddam pitch of the game. And I hate the pink hat ponytail crowd . And I hate idiots that buy a bricks. And I hate sweet caroline. And I hate the Jesus Saves guy on the bridge over the Mass Pike. And I hate the new Cask and Flagon. I do like the new bleacher bar though.
This is the biggest work going. I've seen big sections of empty seats at every game I've been to over the last few years.
If they stop playing Sweet Caroline during the 7th inning stretch, I'm there. SO BAD, SO BAD, SO BAD
1. Who cares.
2. That record has been bunk for years. Giving away free tickets is not a sellout.
@Fa Q thats just about everywhere. They go by tickets sold not people attended. Big Corps buy these tickets give them out and people don't go. But since they sold the tickets and there are none left to buy its tech a sell out
@Shaggyballz74 it did make baseball more fun
