trust me the feds don't care if it passed or not it is still illegal in there eyes, and if caught you will spend the rest of your life in prison or just long enough to make a example of you.

Hell yeah. I think the greatest advantage of having 50 different states is that we can try different things out in different states. If something works well, then maybe more states will try it. If it doesn't, lesson learned. Now we'll see if the world comes to an end because people can smoke weed in public without hiding it. I'm also adjusting my route for my big cross-country trip....
Would be nice to not have to worry about going to jail for having a little weed on you all the time...but I'm gonna wait and see what the Feds do first to stop this?
I wonder how its gonna effect prices? Anybody in CO, CA know 8th prices @ the dispensery? (did I spell that right?)

I bet with all that weed flowing into the population. Big Foot sightings will go up by 300%.
word has it that there is a bill in motion in nys that moves towards decriminalization. i'll believe it when i see it though.
can't see cuomo getting on board with something like that when he's clearly got his eyes on the house in the next 12 years.

@Mr Nelson Cuomo already said that no raises for state lawmakers til they decriminalize, so he's in the fight already.
