Which bad/mediocre movies would you like to see re-made and done properly? That were made badly done but had potential, and could be a great movie if re-made well.
the original woodstock film, or for that matter any rock and roll footage from the 60's 70's where the camera refuses to stay on the main character, mainly jimi hendrix playing his guitar! have you seen the footage from the filmore east of hendrix playing machine gun? what the fuck? ooops...sorry.

Schwarzenegger's The Running Man had potential but I thought some of the characters were hacky. I think there's no chance of remake though because the remake of Total Recall was a colossal flop. I also think these Hunger Games movies are too much like that movie.
At one time or another I made that same comment. here on the IBANG.A good book by Richard Bachman (aka Stephen King) but they didn't hold true to the ending. If remade i am not sure they could now either since it involves a plane crashing into a building.
