Playbooks Are Out, iPads Are In

The PlayerLync app is revolutionizing the playbook in the NFL. Teams are done with the traditional playbooks and have gone digital. The Denver Broncos, Green Bay Packers, Chicago Bears, Cincinnati Bengals and San Diego Chargers have already adopted the new technology, and other teams are looking to switch over to it midseason. Game tape can be sent to the iPads immediately for players to view it, as opposed to coming in to training facilities and watching it on computers. And each one can be erased remotely in case of a trade or a lost tablet. Welcome to the future, NFL.
