Absolutely adored the young Judy Garland in that dress. Just saw a documentary on her life and surprisingly she was the least talented and most unattractive of her sisters at the time she auditioned for the role in Wizard Of Oz and was so determined to do well got the part! She was 16 years old...
Pffft. How could a dress be that valuable or important without any Presidential DNA on it?
