You can always tell the guy who never has dope in his car because he tries to fuck with cops. This man tried to pull over a cop for a seat belt violation.

the guy shouldn't try force this law because it is a dumb one anyways. after 20 tickets for that i finally figured out that if i keep it on it saves a sh** ton of money.
Cop shoulda pulled over and then arrested that guy for reckless operation, using a cellphone while driving and reckless endangerment, etc.
Last I checked only a law enforcement officer driving a law enforcement vehicle has the authority to pull somebody over?...That Cop was like "Will you look at this Dick!??" Haha
@FLprodivider66 sad part is people can do the CITIZENS ARREST but you have to call the cop shop and give them the plate and number of the car and a cop will pull him over and give him the ticket.

I'm just guessing that the Detroit police have a few other issues. But, I really like his victory "yes" at the end.
