It’s amazing how fast a building can go up when you don’t care how many workers die during construction. It also goes faster if you only have the one bathroom on the ground floor.

Have you ever been out west? There are places where cities and towns once were that you can't find anymore. They have "returned to the earth". The earth will reclaim everything in time. Don't sweat the small stuff.

@Shaggyballz74 if we want to plant a tree in or yard we have to apply to the HOA and they respond in 30-60 days
