This is from Ryanair, the company that wanted to put pay toilets on their planes. If a retarded idea comes out of the airline industry, it'll usually be from them.
Airline CEO Wants To Get Rid of Plane Seatbelts

You ever experience some real bad turbulence? You can fly right out of your seat and smack your head into the overhead bin or another Passenger. This guy is the CEO? Just asking.
Then "How" will we get people to "please remain seated while the plane is landing"... I can only foresee complete and utter mass chaos!?? Hehe
"Excuse me sir, we need you to hold this seat belt extension. Just because we don't have seat belts anymore, doesn't mean you still don't deserve to be embarrassed "
Are they going to hand out helmets? People do come out of their seats from TURBULENCE you dumb cock sucker !!!
I would like to know how many people actually were saved by belts on planes. I'm guessing maybe a couple at best. this opens up the option for a bar in every plane. they would quadruple their drink sales if you did not have to wait for the cart to come around. (when stewardesses existed them coming to yo was nice, now it's a hassle) as for standing room only not my style..
@treekiller I was thinking that you could order from your seat and then the savages in the standing room only section could pass your drink along.
