Police have charged a man accused of driving three blocks with four young children strapped to the hood of his vehicle with driving while intoxicated. A woman who helped him strap the kids in has also been charged The kids loved it of course but the cops not so crazy about it.

Ironically they were safer strapped to the hood they they would have been riding with him in the vehicle.

Between this and the 12 year old mother story, it can be said that MLK's dream has officially become a reality. If only he had lived to see the fruits of his labor.
They were strapped on, whats the problem? Back in the days before seatbelts, my Dad never even thought of strapping me to the car, I had to "hold that sumbitch tight and don't let go!"
