1970s Black and White Police Doc

This is a black and white police documentary shot in the South Bronx back in the 1970′s. It looks like Escape from New York meets The Warriors. These cops would have been safer if they were stationed in Viet Nam.

What a prolific statement at 1:22:00 by Commander Chief Bouza. He surmised a referrence about Clockwork Orarge. That is golden!

I'm kind of glad this was taken down. I have time on my hands, but not that much

@FantomasJS That's exactly what I thought. There's no way in hell that isn't Poppa Stanley. The only problem is they didn't show him below the waist so there's no way of knowing if he's four legged or only has two.

Here's a link to a screen cap I made of the guy - http://tinypic.com/r/swfi2d/6

I certainly hope he got his housing problem straightened out so he and the misses didn't have to stay on the street too long. This was probably the point in time when he decided fuck the Bronx and relocated to Queens.

The Man must have taken this video off the Internet because he is trying to keep us down.
